Digital World Acquisition Corp. has proposed to purchase any and all issued common shares relating to its redemption rights prior to the end of the upcoming business merger.

Elections submitted through the following actions will be charged a $100 processing fee.

The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option 1 - Tender Shares for Redemption: Each bid and acceptance of approximately $10.20 per share is received, and the holders submitting the selection for this option prove that they are not acting in concert or acting as a group (as defined in section 13d-3 of the Exchange) with any other shareholder for common shares.
