not sure what's the upside for parkway REIT now with short term risk free returns at 3% (higher than the div).
exposure in Japan could provide forex headwind for the REIT. will look at the counter when yield is higher than 3.5%

BH12OP : in my view yes, shouldn't hold anymore parkway life. unless the yield is higher than 4%
current 2 year risk free rates for USD is at 3.9%, with the fed planning more rate hikes. why take the risk on this counter with such mediocre yield. close and wait for better entry or different macro markets
