US Top Rating Updates on 8/26: ZM, BURL, ULTA, FSLR and More

Deutsche Bank analyst Faiza Alwy upgraded $FactSet Research Systems(FDS.US)$ to Buy from Hold, noting its top-line growth opportunities and "resilient business model" due to its enterprise-based pricing.

BofA analyst Julien Dumoulin-Smith upgraded $First Solar(FSLR.US)$ to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $141, up from $104.50. When he last refreshed his view on First Solar days after the initial Inflation Reduction Act, or IRA, announcement, he did not yet appreciate the magnitude of IRA credits that will accrue to the company, Dumoulin-Smith tells investors.

BofA analyst Caio Ribeiro downgraded $Ternium(TX.US)$ to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $40, down from $53. The analyst is more bearish on steelmakers saying earnings momentum has peaked and macro trends are becoming headwinds. The steel price wars are gripping the Brazil markets, Ribeiro tells investors in a research note.
