Breakout coming or resistance at 33?

$DBS Group Holdings(D05.SG)$ noticed that it is getting higher lows but highs not really going much higher. A stable base forming? Support forming around 32.7 range? I don't think its resistance forming at 33. Any thoughts? Will payout day be the boost DBS need to go higher as people reinvest their dividends?
