Since I started to invest in $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.MF$, I have gained around 149 sgd. Actual gain is much higher if taking into account all other fund coupon and cash back. Overall I really can’t complain on the moo moo cashplus fund, it provides stable yet better return than bank interest, plus its flexibility to redeem and immediately available for buying funds or stocks. This really gives me a good place to park my idle money while waiting the right timing to buy stocks. I personally am not an aggressive investor, hence I usually buy ETF or some blue chips using dollars cost averaging method. But this creates a problem for me as I have extra cash that remains idle as I typically don’t invest in lump sump very often. So moomoo cashplus solve my problem to provide me a good return for my idle fund. For now I am focusing more on cashplus SGD as I don’t prefer to convert my sgd to usd and let my usd sitting there without any interest. The recent launching of $CSOP USD Money Market Fund(SGXZ96797238.MF$ really solves my problem and I’m happy to convert my fund to usd and get ready to invest in US market. Now cashplus has become my second largest holding because it not only serve as a way for diversification, but also earning me reasonable interest with such low risk. I think money market funds like $CSOP USD Money Market Fund(SGXZ96797238.MF$ and $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.MF$ will continue be doing great in months to come. Before the inflation rates got controlled, I will focus more on cashplus and be more conservative. Will only start pumping up my RsP amount for stocks once the market trend is turning bullish again. Moo moo cashplus is the way to go for now :)
