BullishPanda Player 29OP: U will receive 1 APE share for every AMC share u own as of last Friday.
U won’t get any APE share if u buy AMC today. The reason why AMC share price falls in pre market today is to reflect the fact that new shareholders will not be entitled to APE if purchase AMC today.
^ This logic is consistent for the stock of every company that issues dividends. Not a new concept at all.
