Looking to OBV for Divergence from Price

I shall start monitoring my Watchlist stocks' OBV for divergences from now on. Thanks @Meta Moo for the lesson. But, can anyone comment :

Is this considered a divergence (pls see lines drawn on screenshot of $SamuderaShipping(S56.SG)$ ),price was coming down but OBV was still going up (albeit with shallow slope)?
