Maybe he might want to sell some of his shares bought in Jan for whatever reason.
He bought using a Venture Capital Company which means he probably want to restructure the company then sell it off, as that is what VC do. So he will probably sell if
1. he restructure it successfully then aim for an M&A for a bigger exit or just exit as is; or
2. the board is giving him a lot of headache and he cant do what he needs to do, so he exit

They may be able to fit t in the time line above, M&A would be after Jan 2023 (takes longer), immediate exit would likely after his Short Swing Rule lifted.

doctorpot1 GoLeopardOP: I saw some thesis that kindda make sense too. which is he tried to do a Gamma squeeze to turn his loss into profit. Gamma squeeze happens when more money flows into call options from investors, that forces more buying activity which can lead to higher stock prices.
