I think it’s just a 3 for 1 stock split. The term “dividend” doesn’t mean there will be anything else given to shareholders (other than the fact that each existing share will entitle you to 2 “extra” shares).

An IMPORTANT thing to point out is that the split is NOT PERSONAL: every stock EXISTING by August 17th will be split in 3. There is a lot of people believing that some will get the split and others not
