JeffK : I feel the same. Yesterday was 12.46 closed - 0.28 = 12.18.

Milamber : It has always been like this recent. UOB has the same issue too earlier this week. Dividend isn’t worth it for single cycle, but if you keep the share and let it earn more dividends few cycles, plus capital gain, then it will worth it. Not for short term gain.
s2nw2g : All the share will open lower by at least the amount of the dividend on Ex Div date. Then depending on demand and supply, the price may vary +/-.
