John_The_Fox : trick is to not go all in at one price. someone once told me to buy 3 100 shares at different prices. 100 for your original target, 100 for when it dips or pulls back quite a bit. and 100 for when the price falls more than 50%. Do this only for a company you really believe in obviously. And when you're making 10% profit, sell some of your shares, and use it do buy dips again later.
