$DBS Group Holdings(D05.SG$ do we need to purchase before/on ex date itself to be eligible for dividend for 3 banks? and if we sell, can we still get dividend fr 3 banks if we sell on ex date/after ex date ?

so for your question:
1. you have to buy before ex date to be eligible for dividend
2. if you sell on or after ex date, and still get the dividend. (But on ex date the share price will fall immediately by the dividend amount, then adjust up or down base on sentiment)

for DBS don't have yet. probably will be Aug though
