Some Hong Kong stocks have been restricted/sanctioned by the US, so US accounts cannot be bought.
I'm guessing it's for this reason, see if anyone else knows what the reason is.
Can you buy other Hong Kong stocks? Or is it just Sensetime can't buy it?
