GOVERNMENT SPENDING ON SEMICONDUCTOR CHIP SUBSIDIES

$NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US)$ $Intel(INTC.US)$ $Qualcomm(QCOM.US)$ $Micron Technology(MU.US)$ $ON Semiconductor(ON.US)$ $Lam Research(LRCX.US)$ $Nova(NVMI.US)$
Government spending is a major component of many developed economies. There have been many many instances in history where government spending has boosted entire sectors of an economy. Including many companies share prices within a sector.
52 billion is a lot of money to put towards one sector. I absolutely believe that this will help the semiconductor companies as well as the semiconductor sector as a whole. It'll also lift many of the major indices as many of these semiconductor companies are allocated within these indexes.
You can see the market's reaction from the time that the US government was talking about passing a chip bill. And even when they voted to pass the chip bill there was another positive reaction in the semiconductor companies' share prices. Basically there is currently a big rally in semiconductor companies off of the news of this chip bill. I missed my chance to jump into this rally. So I will be getting in on some of these semiconductor companies after a good dip.
This could be a simple bear market relief rally. But the momentum and strength in this rally cannot be ignored. And the important note is that this rally is coinciding with the news release and the passing of the chip bill.
