Poor Customer Service and Knowledge

MooMoo helpdesk Customer staff have poor knowledge and cant problem solve. Ended up i constantly incurred interest in arrears for a few month. press for english communication and the staff ended up have to ask me to communicate in Mandarin to her. Then she abruptly ended my call. Very disappointing experience and frustrating. Think best not to park my investment with them.
