NVDA AMD MU semicon stocks update

These semicon charts have similar trend: created higher low and RSI, Macd indicators have turned downwards. I'm still bias on short but will not trade on this till after FOMC. Even the MA20 did not cut above MA40 or MA50 yet which will provide me better assurance to go Long positions.
Reason 1: the last few FOMC 1 day mkt was up and next day can turn down. Or can be vice versa. I do not wish to predict and will wait till after FOMC.
Reason 2: $CBOE Volatility S&P 500 Index(.VIX.US)$

VIX daily chart is oversold. RSI and MACD indicators turning slightly upwards. And may suddenly shoot up which means US indices may go down.
Remember when you are unsure of the short term trade and there is FOMC or some big news coming out, try to stay out of trading if possible 🙆 !
