Mike Hunt : Retail makes up 15% of total traded volume each day. Retail holding doesn’t make a difference except depriving them of maximum returns. Your advice loses retail people money. I know it’s perhaps not your intention and it’s out of ignorance, but you might consider stopping the practice. The institutional side is responsible for 85% of traded volume and is all about max profit which is made my transacting on both the way up and down.
