Accordingly, Alibaba commercial projects in Nanjing and Wuhan will be operated and managed by China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Ltd. .
Among them, the cooperation in the Nanjing project will be the sixth time that China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Ltd. will deploy in Nanjing, and the project will be located in Alibaba Jiangsu headquarters in Hexi.
It is reported that the total investment of Alibaba Jiangsu headquarters project is about 8.1 billion, and it is planned to be completed on January 18, 2025.
