Just read thru their filings.
$Toughbuilt Industries(TBLT.US$ there are 3.5 million warrants at 1.90 that will be exercised today. They will probably wait until 3.38 to do it. They will sell in blocks. They set it up this way tho so it can run when premarket opens because the amount of shares will knock it down a good bit. Hard to predict. Just watch for unusually big fast drops and be ready.
