Alibaba and Tencent fined yet again
$Alibaba(BABA.US$ and $Tencent(TCEHY.US$ fined for failing to comply with anti-monopoly rules on the disclosure of transactions.
Alibaba was charged for 28 case and Tencent for 12 cases. each case can be fined up to 500k yuan (US$74,688). So max fine for Alibaba is about USD$2m and for Tencent is about USD$890k. Small change for the companies I guess?
