1. TSLA – Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
June 3: Elon Musk had a bad feeling about the economy and wanted to lay off 10% of Tesla's workforce. TSLA stock dropped 9.22%.
June 10: Tesla announced a 3-for-1 stock split, leading its stock price to decline by 3.12%.
June 21: Elon Musk confirmed that Tesla would cut 10% of salaried jobs in the next three months. The stock price grew by 9.35%.
June 27: Tesla has canceled some Model Y deliveries in Germany, which led its share price down 0.32%.
2. AMC – Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
June 1: "Top Gun: Maverick" set a box office record over the Memorial Day weekend. However, it was not strong enough to save AMC stock. Its stock price fell 2.74%.
June 8: AMC launched the 'Jurassic Park'/'Jurassic World' double feature and saw its stock price rise by 3.44%.
June 14: AMC stock grew by 3.83% as the company announced that the global admissions revenues for June 9–12 were 15% higher than the same period in 2019.
June 17: AMC's shareholders rejected the company's proposed executive pay plan at the annual meeting, resulting in a surge of 6.28% in stock price.
3. AAPL – Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
June 7: Apple unveiled iOS 16 with Pay Later and eight new features at the WWDC. Besides, the M2 chip is added to the new MacBook Air. Apple's share price increased by 1.76%.
June 13: Apple kept growing in music and games, but they barely moved the sales needle. The share price declined by 3.83%.
June 16: Apple almost fell below the $2trn market cap, while Big Tech continued to sell off after the Feb meeting. Apple stock fell 3.97%.
June 21: Apple stock was up 3.90% as reports showed that iPhone shipments might be on the upswing.
4. MULN – Buzzing Stars:⭐⭐⭐⭐
June 1:Mullen Automotive announced impressive solid-state polymer battery test results. Its stock price soared 44.90% on the news.
June 6: Mullen Automotive was set to join the Russell 2000 and 3000 indexes by June. Its stock price rose 8.66%.
June 23: Mullen Automotive plunged 8.75% as it updated the recent highlights and accomplishments to shareholders.
5. NIO – Buzzing Stars: ⭐⭐⭐
June 1: NIO stock increased by 1.04% after posting a year-over-year increase in May deliveries.
June 9: NIO reports 2022 earnings with positive revenue growth and announced that ES7 would launch this month. Its stock plummeted by 7.65%.
June 15: NIO shares rallied 16% after it teased a "new model" in a countdown on the website.
June 23: Two NIO workers died as the test vehicle fell off a building. The company's share price grew by 2.22%.
6. IMPP – Buzzing Stars:⭐⭐⭐
June 9: Imperial Petroleum stock rose by 9.33% as it attracted retail investors' interest on social media as small-cap energy stocks gained amid volatile oil prices.
June 13: IMPP enters warrant exercise transaction for $21.8M in proceeds. Nevertheless, its share price plummeted by 10.77%.
June 15: The share price of Imperial Petroleum dropped by 12.62% after the company reported its Q1 earnings.
June 24: Imperial Petroleum received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq. Its stock was up 4.07%.
7. AMZN – Buzzing Stars:⭐⭐⭐
June 2: Amazon said it would pull the Kindle business out of China next year. Its share price grew by 3.15%.
June 6: Amazon went for the 20:1 stock split, resulting in a price of around $122 and a slight increase of 1.99%.
June 17: Shares of Amazon were up about 2.47% as Amazon announced plans for this year's Prime Day online sale.
8. NVDA – Buzzing Stars:⭐⭐⭐
June 3: Reports show that GPUs saw noticeable quarterly and yearly decreases in shipments, leading its stock to fall by 4.45%.
June 13: Nvidia's director sold $36M worth of common stocks. The company's stock declined by 7.82%.
June 17: Nvidia China highlighted its partnership with NIO. Its share price increased by 1.79%.
9. GME – Buzzing Stars:⭐⭐⭐
June 2: GameStop's Q1 revenue increased 7.9% year-over-year to $1.38 billion. Driven by new and expanded brand relationships, its share price soared by 10.38%.
June 7: Retailers push back against market shorting of Meme shares. GameStop surged 14.36%.
June 13: Although GameStop did not release any stock-specific news to hurt the movement, its stock tumbled 8.40%.
June 27: GameStop shareholders used DRS to register their shares. Its share slipped 4.08%.
10. BABA – Buzzing Stars:⭐⭐
June 9: Chinese financial regulators started early-stage discussions about reviving an IPO for Ant Group. Its shares dropped 8.13%.
June 15: Alibaba's share price climbed 2.66% ahead of the Chinese "618" holiday shopping event.
June 17: China's central bank approved Ant Group's application to become a financial holding company, leading to an increase of 0.78%.
