SpyderCall : this is one of those growth stocks that is in a new space the EV and battery space. New companies like this that are still in start up mode depend on cheap borrowing costs. Quantitative tightening is a startup growth companies worst nightmare. After some quantitative easing or a slowing of the tightening will give buyers a lot more confidence in this ticker i think. Its kinda like all of the other low prices growth stocks that did great during QE period following the pandemic crash. Those stocks greatly outperformed the rest of the market during QE. During tightening it goes the other way sometimes.
I trade this stock regularly. I just havent had the courage to hold for too long just yet.
And for the record I love the industry this ticker is in. Its future growth potential is huge. Merger and Acquisition potential is high with this one having a price so low. It was added to major indices recently so the smart money is seeing future upside eventually. This QT bear market just scares me too much with many companies like this at the moment.
