Working After Retirement
People invest in their future so they don't have to work or worry about working. As we can see the pandemic and economic changes is affecting this life style. Last time I visited the SSA Office, heard many seniors saying they will return to work because SSA plus their retirement is not enough.
Inflation is another contributor that is not helping either. Our daily products that we would buy costs a lot more that it used to be. But we need it for living daily life so to afford something else has to be done. Retired individuals are returning to work.
I would choose to delay, just so that I can have enough for funds to be able to live daily. If I don't then I will have to go in debt, which is something I would not like. The last option is to try and get some help from government, but this is something they would not be willing to do as easily.
What else can be done? If you need bread, milk and water then you need it no matter what. No one is going to discount or give special pricing.

Revelation 6 : I was more than happy to hang it up at 50 and I haven’t looked back. My wife and I planned it that way. No $6.00 coffee, IPhones, drinking in bars or driving the latest cars. We packed a lunch and took it to work everyday and let financial professionals handle our retirement accounts. Put the maximum in with employer match and got great results. When the day came there wasn’t even a question about what to do. If you want to work until your 70 that’s fine, not me. I even like Mondays now. I have to look at the calendar to see what day it is. I love retirement. Do you know what it’s like to take a vacation from retirement? I do, and it’s pretty sweet.
