Musk's plan to force Tesla employees to sit in shifts suffers setback: cramped workstations, poor WiFi signal

In recent news, $Tesla(TSLA.US)$ CEO Musk's plan to require employees to return to work in his office has suffered a setback, and that setback is coming from within Tesla.
According to $Tesla(TSLA.US)$ employees, with the increase in staff, they are unable to find a place to work in the office building at Tesla's Fremont factory.
Also some have reported that the WiFi signal in the office is so weak that they are in unable to work properly, and with more and more employees returning to work, there is a shortage of parking spaces, whereas prior to the outbreak, employees at the plant consistently commuted by shuttle bus, leaving limited demand for company parking spaces.
In response to this situation, plant management told them to come to work less than five days a week, in direct conflict with Musk's request on May 31.
The skyrocketing number of employees is the main reason for the lack of office space, with data showing that Tesla's total workforce has more than doubled from 48,000 to almost 100,000 since 2019.
I wonder what Musk should do to solve the problems currently encountered at Tesla's Fremont factory, should he add workstations to accommodate the use of more employees, or should he take back his decision and let employees take turns working remotely from home?

  • Musky : Lol. Those that disagree will be fired by Elon. So next to go is Tesla Management Team??

  • Carla LeeOP Musky: undefinedundefinedundefined

  • Revelation 6 : I don’t think that those that disagree with Musk get fired. Management is trying to find working solutions to the the problems and it will probably take a combination of expanding work space and allowing some remote work to satisfy the current situation. This is minor compared to the problems that Must has over came before and I wouldn’t be surprised to see some unique, new way that he develops to handle the issue.

  • ztock_boy : leave it to HR and Management to do the least work and make the most money.
Elon needs to be careful, these people are capable of ☠️ a company from within
