Just read up on what is penny stock
$Imperial Petroleum(IMPP.US$ I just read up on what is penny stock and there is a statement saying that “if a penny stock’s price falls below $1 for at least 30 consecutive days, it may be delisted.”
Which means we just have to hold on for maximum 30 days will do! I believe the company will not let themselves be delisted hence their stock will go up to $1 sooner or later :))

If you know when was the last time it was above $1 and you calculate from there, you will roughly know when is 30 days

BenzyFrenzy : not exactly true. Sundial Growers has been below $1 since somewhere in Jul 21, now price at 29c. Its still around.
