How to use PSY indicator (Psychological Line Indicator) for stock trading 🤔?

Firstly, to tell the truth... I'm new to this .
I has heard alot about indicators like this, but I'm kinda lazy to explore it .
Ty to @Meta Moo , I'm kinda 'forced' 🔫 to self upgrade because the reward 💰 lured me in +. In a sense, is a good thing .

So, let's learn together .
Call me sensei "Milk The Cow", in short MTC .
(Nah, I don't really like being a sensei but a professor 👨‍⚕️ - "hakase" is more fit for me = doing crazy stuff, maybe like making things explode💥?)

If I'm a sensei, it may become a disaster like this :

What is PSY?
"Psychological Line (PSY) is an indicator based on the presumption that people will resist paying/selling more for a share than others unless the stock continues to move up/down."
It reflects the buying power in relation to selling power.

Without further ado, follow the images below to set up ur PSY indicator :

You can change ur colour lines to ur liking. But I'll just leave it as it is .
The setting, I'll let it be the default since I'm not really a pro at using PSY yet .

Good job, u are all set to go .
How to tell if people are inclined to buy a share?
PSY above 50% = buyers in control
PSY below 50% = sellers in control
PSY equal 50% = Ah leh ??? ... U should 🙏 🙏 & then roll a dice 🎲 to choose a side (idk )

How to use PSY in real cases?
Let's try out some practical as show in P6.

P6.1:
Using $SPDR S&P 500 ETF(SPY.US)$ as an example. I full screen my graph & select "PSY" indicator.

As u can see the the PSY > 50 = buyers in control = likely an uptrend.
PSYMA (PSY Moving Average) = 50 ➡️ 🙏 🙏 & roll a 🎲 to decide which side it'll be .
(Don't listen 🎶 to this advice... DYODD on the economy market & then make logical thinking 🤔 to make the decision .)
I think u look at the PSYMA = more safe .
PSY = for the fastest reaction (No missing out but more risky).

Like wise for the Vi-versa .
If PSY < 50% = sellers in control = likely downtrend .

Hehe, I already start writing my post before noticing that @Meta Moo post on
Meta Moo :Part One: How to tell whether people are inclined to buy a share? is out .
(I only read 📚 the very first post = too early bird 🐦 = )
Check ✔️ it out , guys.
He used 70 vs 30 value for pattern trading.
Yes, u can use PSY with other indicators like :
1. PSY X MACD
2. PSY X RSI
(Check out @Meta Moo the below link part 1 & part 2 posts to learn how to use PSY & combination indicators usage +.)

By the way, u do NOT roll the 🎲 for 50 , u can just follow @Meta Moo to use 70 vs 30 for a more correct way of using the PSY indicator, I guess ?
70 = Overbought
30 = Oversold

NOTE: You can use it together with other indicators. As usual, indicators are only a guide for u to buy & sell = NOT 100% accurate.
