put bad news to tank the share price, but secretly, the government buying it, then put good news to make the stock fly, then government sell it. Super easy profit man. Just not sure if this will violate any law cause insider trading by government can sue meh? different jurisdiction.

MonkeyGee : The most craziest thing is that USA still thinks that by delisting ADRs they are hurting China. just so dam clueless. or maybe it's like china will pay for the tariffs or Mexico is paying for the wall. please go and delisted all ADRS and when you are at it delist my mortgage also.

MonkeyGee doctorpot1: in the USA we have professionals handling that they are called analyst and they work for government organizations like Goldman and JPM.
doctorpot1 MonkeyGee: yea the thing is once the company IPO and sold the shares. the money is already in their bank account. even if the share price goes to 0 or delist. it doesn't hurt the companies bank account. it hurts the ones who bought all the stocks hahahaha which is mainly US citizen
