Insider buying - One of the many factors
When insider buys, it likely tells us that it is a good value to invest at that particular price especially if it’s the higher management executives who are buying. It also tell us the confidence they have in the company. Nonetheless, there’s still many other factors & market conditions to consider.
In addition, we also need to consider whether we have the means to hold longer term if the price continues to fall, & also set our own target on the exit price, since we do not know when insider will be selling. This is known only subsequently to the sale, if we track closely.
