$Nasdaq Composite Index(.IXIC.US$ I am quite confused on how the market interpret FED comments. chairman Powell mentioned that there will be rate hikes maintaining at 50 basis points to curb inflation to 2% and market is positive? Shouldn't it be negative as cost of business botrowings will rise?

Mike Hunt : When what was announced was already expected, that news is already “priced into” the market. If he instead would have said future rate hikes would be .75% instead of the expected .50%, then you would have seen BIG movement in reaction
