Im sure he will blame the market tanking if $Camber Energy(CEI.US)$ goes OTC instead if the reality which is he took over a failing company in hopes of using it for a backdoor merger and was in way over his head.

There is no good reason why the 10k should take this long. At best $Camber Energy(CEI.US)$ stays listed and the 10k shows how overvalued this company is.

I posted earlier that a $100million market cap is generous which means this is still over valued at $0.28 a share l.
