deve : I was wondering the same thing..one key concern for me is Delinquency is on the rise which might challenge the whole lending process and lenders may back off, need to learn how their AI lending system works during the interest rate hike cycle and how they tune their system to handle the whole up and down of lending dynamics....I am lost here too....will need to give it some time
