Debts minus Assets SOFI = 4.4 bil. 3.125 x 4.4 bil = 13.75 billion market cap. Current Market cap = sub 5 bil. (mind you this valuation was after UPST major correction today). Fair value of SOFI is 15 RIGHT NOW after all the major corrections.
