UPDATE for April 19
UPDATE II for or April 21

@divinepapa demonstrated the buy/sell points of two stocks. The mooer mentioned that a few unintentional mistakes have caused investment losses and brought a certain degree of distress for both short-term and long-term investors. At the same time, options contracts were chosen by @divinepapa to hedge risks.

"Ignorance attitude and taking the past history and current P&L for granted that caused severe losses on this counter which i was intended to keep for long term. Unfortunately, the negligence did get me a pinched feeling alike a needle poke into my buttock that roughly awkened me from the comfort to undertaking investment without further monitoring. On the other word, although buy high sell low is inevitable to protect ourselves from further loss."

In the post, @JustSurface utilized a combination of MACD and Bollinger Bands to show how swing trading strategies can reap gains of at least 4% in the portfolio.

"If MACD is crossing and the price is at the bottom of the Bollinger band, buy!  at the top, short! But don't yolo in there you  mad ape! Enter in with 10% or so of what your willing to utilize for each play and set ladder orders in, incrementally increasing share size the deeper it goes out of the direction you want so if there's a stop loss hunt you'll average in nicely. "

In the post, @Milk The Cow argues that the problem with buying high and selling low in investing is that people are easily influenced by the rumors/noise generated by market news. To reduce the impact of market sentiments, we can adopt technical indicators that may help make investing less risky.

"Buy High:
Too optimistic
Never DYODD
Follows trends = YOLO
Got ambushed by fake news/WSB"
"Sell Low:
Making small profits , thought am a genius but never diamond  hands  & later found out that price jump by a lot instead after selling
Got influenced/pressured by rumours spreader
Unforseen circumstances, Eg. Covid/War = panic sell
Found better opportunities else where with greater possible profit"
Let's see the accomplishment of @Milk The Cow in the options paper trading!

To accumulate experience, you need to be patient and try to solve problems when they arise, says @steady Pom pipi . Moreover, knowledge is power. Gaining knowledge doesn't necessarily bring you a lot of money, but at least by doing that, you can seek reduce the chance of losing money.

"The hardest part is that you have no idea where the highs and lows are. I have traded many stocks that were once at all-time lows, but who knew they would continue to fall?"
"As I always say, experience is accumulated over time, there is a reason why it goes down after buying and goes up after selling, and you can only discover after you have experienced it."
