$APAC Realty(CLN.SG$ time to buy? looking from the buyer perspective, i imagine they won’t buy at 57c unless they see a good upside from that price. Risk rewards looks decent now.

AlanbullOP vgxsy: I think there must be enough of such transactions to warrant the Govt to come in. So, in the short term transactions involving high end properties would be affected. but at this price, downside risk seems limited.
