More than half of mooers check news everyday. Meanwhile, It's quite unexpected that more than 20% of mooers need to control their emotions in their daily trade, making us realize that emotions could be the "dangers" in the stock market. Meanwhile, 22 mooers write daily trading journals, while 15 and 18 mooers read tapes on stocks and scan the market heat map, respectively, in a daily basis. It seems that our lovely mooers are keeping good habits in stock trading.

High-quality-post collection
*High-quality refers to posts with over 50 words with market insights regarding quality, originality, and user engagement.

Also, we notice that some mooers trust their own judgment. They sell at what they believe to be the highs and buy at the lows. Others structure their process carefully to achieve the desired goals.

Let's enjoy the highlight moments together and see what we've got from our delightful mooers!

Do you have a daily trading routine?
What are the tasks in your daily trading routine?
If I am a short-term/day trader, I will at least do 3-10 trades a day  & close all trades within the day.
How do you tailor a daily trading routine for yourself?
If I am a short-term/day trader:
I'll use technical analysis (TA) to help me with my trading.
Maybe subscribe to some 1st informations news, I guess.
I'll also choose those most volatile stocks (scan the market heat map) maybe something like $Tesla(TSLA.US)$ $NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ $AMC Entertainment(AMC.US)$ $GameStop(GME.US)$ (Maybe that's why I'm being flamed for stopping rumours spreader  in the past in some of those communities in Moomoo)?
Volatile & low price also a good choice, not that I know any.

To do list
I don’t really have a ”daily” trading routine but I follow some to do list before I trade.
1) Be always informed and read the news
2) Watch the market and ready the war chest in case it’s time to do the ”shopping ”
3) Check all the past opening & closing prices  feel the market, learn from other Mooers
4) Ready and set the alerts in Moomoo
5) Watch out the target price
6) If the prices met my target to buy, then buy
7) Hold until the market meets my target sell price
8) Relax and pray
9) Don’t let emotions get the best of me. don’t look at my portfolio everyday
10) Enjoy life and continue to invest, mine is through RSP/ DCA monthly

My dialy trading routine
My daily trading routine involves trading with key thoughts in mind. This process should help eliminate some mistakes related to position size, trading the wrong account or contract, trading during news or just not preparing your mind to trade.
As  I start looking for potential trade setups, I keep my key trading thoughts in mind. This will help keep me out of trades that are not in my trading plan, keep me alert and ready to pounce on good opportunities.
I have a checklist for what I am suppose to do before I initiate a trade. This checklist have all the things that need to happen before I initiate a trade.  The checklist include (1) the exact levels where I  have to place my stop loss and take profit; (2) only initiate trades of a certain currency pairs, commodities, or stocks. (3) only open a trade when there is no major economic data expected.

@Blessedme
My Trading Routine
My trading routine is to login Moomoo App to do the tasks to earn the points. Secondly, I will check my portfolio stocks frequently on the price movements, volume traded and the price bid and ask. This will give me a sense of direction on whether my stock will go up or down and to make informed decisions. I also check on SGX to check company information and dividend payout dates on certain stocks.
If i sense the stock price will go up, I will queue to sell part of my stocks. If the price is sliding down, I will buy the dip.
I will read news from different sources to determine strategising my portfolio.
Happy Investing :)

2) Must Read comments: reading comments from Moomooers are also my daily sure must do! Moomooers are willing to share their thoughts and findings, again, all within moomoo.
3) All the indicators: Seeing the ticker chart, graphs , analysis indicators etc… provide quick overview. All these data provided an overview of the trends.
4) Heatmap: Heatmap provides the overall market sentiment and also top trends.
5) Tasks: One of my favorite must do is to check-in to earn my daily coins. How not to earn to win some cute collectors items.
6) Moomoo learning: those videos were made so easy to understand. Those videos were Bite-size, concise and handy.
7) discussion: Love all the discussion topics! there is always something to learn from fellow followers and moomoo.

Summary
Not surprisingly, mooers love to be informed in trade. Otherwise, it would be like being lost at sea without a compass. With the information in mind, the traders should also practice controlling their emotions in trade. Should traders track market sentiments? Or should traders trust their judgment? These are some of the questions that traders must deal with while investing.
Once again, thank you all for participating in this topic discussion. Happy investing, and see you next time!
