My pick of value stock to buy and keep for the long term is Keppel Corp. In the near team, the stock price will be supported by its share buy back programme. Going forward, I am confident that the management will continue to unlock value for shareholders through monetization of its assets based on their solid track record this far. Further monetization will enable Keppel to continue to pay out a good chunk of the realisation + profits as dividends. This plus numerous potential catalysts from M&A activities, sizable land bank, profitable core business segments going forward makes this a value buy in my eyes and mind to keep for the long term.
