03:19am EST, April 25, 2022 --Ascent Bridge (Singapore Stock Exchange Stock Code: AWG) has agreed to acquire 80% of the shares of Singapore's Octa-Thong Distribution Network Company and the Cape Import and Export Bank, as well as 39.2% of the Malaysian Unihang Food Co., Ltd., for a total price of 7700 million JPY ($5590 million).

That's supposed to be a big win, right?
