Delisting... Didi Buy back price? Conditional till offer becomes unconditional?
Some say there shd be a price offered the the company to buy back the shares when a company is taken private. Not sure if this is applicable here?

doctorpot1 : From the filing there is no buyback. it is just delisting only. it is not taking it private. so you still own the share but you cannot trade it on moomoo.
The buyback is more of speculation cause some speculate that if the just delist when not even 1 year, sure will kena lawsuit.
