I think $NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ $NIO-SW(09866.HK)$ is not endanger of being delisted. Also, NIO collecting information would be less sensitive and not a concern for the Chinese government. As for $DiDi Global (Delisted)(DIDI.US)$ , who cares. The only thing that is remotely similar is that it’s also a Chinese stock. I would prefer that NIO doesn’t get compared to other Chinese stocks because if they are all lumped together then they will all trade together. If that happens then when one starts tanking on bad news like delisting they will all rank. I will take advantage if it hits $13 again but I would rather it go up to $25 or $30 and hold there for a while.
