silver, uranium, platinum, energy plays, real estate (in that order)

Tickers include $Sprott Physical Silver Trust(PSLV.US)$ and $Etf Managers Trust Purefunds Ise Jr Silver Small Miners Exp(SILJ.US)$ , $SPROTT PHYSICAL URANIUM TR(SRUUF.US)$ and $Exchange Traded Concepts Trust North Shore Global Uranium Mng Etf(URNM.US)$ , $Abrdn Platinum ETF Trust(PPLT.US)$ or $Sprott Physical Platinum & Palladium Tr(SPPP.US)$ , $United States Oil Fund LP(USO.US)$ and $Invesco Dynamic Energy Exploration &Production Etf(PXE.US)$ , and for real estate I prefer the actual thing over REITS, but you can buy REITS if you like
