If it is cpf $ then should be very easy. Within the next 10yrs, will there be any occurrences that SIA can hit 8.80? If 5% interest rate per annum, 10 yrs compounded, your 5.40 will become 8.80 Given that OA interest is at 2.5%, that’s a lot of buffer.
