$Duty Free Intl(5SO.SG)$ Duty Free International said Friday that the 2012 agreement between its subsidiary Kelana Megah (KMSB) to sell properties in Zon Johor Bahru to Berjaya Waterfront (BWSB) has been revoked as the deal had been extended several times, including in 2012, 2013 and 2018.

The consideration for the deal was to have been MYR27.99 million, and BWSB had paid MYR559,800 as an earnest deposit, Duty Free International said in a filing to SGX.
