this bodes well generally for businesses  related to tourism , hospitality and retail shopping.
it is more likely that businesses in Johor Bahru will benefit more from the influx of Singaporeans crossing the border for food, shopping , top up petrol .  I’m not too sure about the incremental positive benefit to retail malls in Singapore because these will depend more on overseas non-Malaysian tourist visitors flying in .
$Q&M Dental(QC7.SG)$ in Singapore might even see a decline in its Singapore revenue because the Malaysians who were compelled to reside in Singapore in past 2 years and have to visit Singapore dentists , can now return back to visit dental clinics in Johor Bahru where the price is relatively more affordable .
