A stock split doesnt dilute. A stock offering is the one that dilutes. Be informed before you spread nonsense. Here is a example: Lets say you own a pizza originally about 12 slices, but say you split all 12 into 24 slices, the value and worth of the pizza is still the same. Unlike when you take a piece of the pizza out and raise the "float" which makes your original percentage of said pizza drop.

AlphaWolf01OP Expendabiggles: I am sadly unaware of how it works for that but I am sure they have to pay back more now if they dont cover. They borrowed a certain amount so now they have to return more to compensate the original shareholders

Dirtman Expendabiggles: Technically they will have to trace all the shareholders to issue. So, would that mean that whoever owns synthetic shares are screw to the max? Imagine if split say to 90 a share and synthetic would have 180 a share and it wont be split. They end up the mega bag holder?

Sir Mittins : the way I understood it is since they are going from 300m to 1b basically any share becomes 3 wether its a synthetic or or not. all this will do is bring the price down. your new amount of shares will have the same overall value. just makes it easier to buy shares if only have say 100 bucks.
