PandaMoo : The total value of stock(s) you'll own will still have the same overall value,
e.g.: 1 stock at 1000, split 5 to 1 becomes 5 stocks with 200 each... so basically you have the same overall value.
Shareholders will be happy and definitely more affordable, expect more inflow capital that eventually boost the price again.
Btw, some are seeing possibility of 10 to 1 split.

PandaMoo Zerines: Yup, I know. Mostly 2to1, 4to1, 5to1... but somehow got some insights 10to1... and probability change scheme to give dividend (just like AAPL).. All these are speculation based on the value andmsrket appetite.. we'll never know until official result comes out.

PandaMoo 财神到发啊: Well.. that was only 4to1, with the current inflation and interest rate threats.. if TSLA split 10to1 or 8to1, It may be becomes more appealing.. as it will be par with Apple, Amazon, and Google after split this year(which at around 100-200)

2ndBreakfast : I enjoy the splits. Rode the last one with 10 shares, which became 50. if $Tesla(TSLA.US)$ does it again as a 5:1, hoorah. Another pony to ride for another year.
