The estate consists of 166,464 plots of land –– each plot is 2,500 square feet in the metaverse. Land in Decentraland and The Sandbox skyrocketed after Facebook's rebrand to meta, as more investors become aware of what the metaverse is. Most of the time, virtual land sells at a premium due to the size of the lot and its proximity to the center of the metaverse.

Expendabiggles : Absolutely do not care about some pay to do anything metaverse owned by some big tech company. That is not decentralized. They can move ALL online content there and I guess i’ll live out in the real world by myself. Not participating in more control. How do I know its just more control? Its selling to the highest bidder. Yea, no thanks
Expendabiggles : A real metaverse should be open and free to enter, free to set up (first come first serve) and conduct business. Selling plots of digital land is just a sign that its already business as usual and full of control, just like out in the real world. buy and owe and die working to pay for it. Again, no thanks.
