Elon Musk seems to want to follow in Donald Trump's footsteps. Like the former Republican President, the richest man in the world is one of the most followed personalities on the social network Twitter.
The billionaire $Tesla(TSLA.US$ and SpaceX CEO has had a lot of complaints about Twitter recently.
Elon Musk hinted that he would start his own Twitter-like platform, or buy $Twitter (Delisted)(TWTR.US$, in a series of tweets shared on Saturday and suggested a new version would include a Dogecoin tip jar.

"Given that Twitter serves as the de facto public town square, failing to adhere to free speech principles fundamentally undermines democracy," Musk tweeted at the weekend.
When a follower suggested that Musk buy the company (Twitter) and change the logo from a bird to a Dogecoin, Tesla Inc CEO indicated that he likes the idea.
Another user came up with his own idea, "One of the best things about Elon Musk either buying Twitter or starting his own platform is you know there would be a Dogecoin tip jar!" Musk replied to him, indicating he would do this.
Last week, the U.S. SEC told a judge that Musk's tweets about Tesla will remain a valid subject for government investigation even if a court throws out his 2018 agreement with the SEC.
