PandaMoo : Stock split plan is definitely real one; u can check the real document, (in the announcment page) so not merely a rumor or "fake/cover-up campaign".
With a "lower" price after split, bankers/mutual funds who usually hedging will be lesser aggressive to bring the stock price down too to reduce their risk and increase their buying power (quite complicated to explain, but true). Temporary close for Covid is quite common nowadays, it is part of "living with covid" thingy.
Trade safe and remember to ride the wave, this is TSLA, which needs a different mindset and unique strategy to gain from its mad volatility.
