"Box Office Battle" is The Fly's weekly roundup of what movies topped the weekend's box office.
ViacomCBS (VIACA) subsidiary Paramount's "The Lost City" won this weekend's domestic box office with a better-than-expected $31M debut from 4,352 theaters. Overseas, Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum's movie grossed $3.7M from its first 16 smaller-sized markets.
BOX OFFICE RUNNER-UPS: $AT&T(T.US)$ subsidiary Warner Bros.' "The Batman" placed number 2 with another $20.5M to end Sunday at $332M domestically. Behind it was the Indian action pic "RRR" with $9.5M from 1,160 locations. $Sony(SONY.US)$ "Uncharted" placed number 4, earning another $5M. Rounding out the top five, "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" grossed an estimated 4.6M.
