Monday has an emergency investor meeting scheduled for voting
$American Virtual(AVCT.US$ looks like $AT&T(T.US$ is going to buy this out. They are using their product and never announced a payout for it which is strange. AVCT did announce the day before the deal that they received 15 million to pay off their debt in exchange for securities, which is what companies have to do before a buyout. Id say they will pay 85-100 million for the company. Making shares between 1.00-1.10.
